1. Shipping Coverage
1) Global shipping available.
2) Remote areas may incur additional fees (we will notify you after logistics assessment and offer partial subsidies).
2. Order Processing & Delivery
Shipping origin and timelines vary by delivery address:
1) Local Warehouse Dispatch (Most US/EU/UK Orders)
- - EU address: Ships from EU Warehouse (EU Adapter).
- UK address: Ships from UK Warehouse (UK Adapter).
- US address: Ships from US Warehouse (US Adapter).
- Other address: Ships from HK Warehouse. - Fees: No additional charges (VAT/duty included)—you only pay the product price.
- Courier: UPS, USPS, DHL, FedEx, Amazon FBA, or other local providers.
- Delivery Timeframe: Standard delivery in 7–10 business days.
Notes:
- New products (e.g.Mate Mini & Me Mini) may ship from HK during pre-order due to limited local inventory (check product page or confirm with customer support for exact timeframe).
2) International Dispatch
- Origin: Other destinations (excluding US, EU countires, and UK) will ship from HK.
- Fees: Customers are responsible for any applicable customs clearance fees (please consult your local customs authority for specific charges).
- Courier: DHL, FedEx, or other local providers.
- Delivery Timeframe: Standard delivery in 7-12 business days.
