SOAYAN Creator Partner Program Terms

These terms govern participation in the SOAYAN Creator Partner Program. By applying for or participating in the Program, you agree to these terms.

1. Program overview

The SOAYAN Creator Partner Program enables approved creators to earn commission on eligible purchases referred through their assigned affiliate link or approved coupon code. The Program is intended for creators who publish honest product reviews, practical demonstrations, desk setup content, performance tests, comparisons, and other relevant content for their audiences.

2. Eligibility and approval

Applications are reviewed by SOAYAN. We may approve, decline, suspend, or remove an affiliate account at our discretion. Creators must provide accurate account information and at least one active primary social media channel or website where they publish relevant content.

3. Commission and eligible orders

Approved affiliates earn 5% commission on eligible referred product sales.

Commission is calculated on the product subtotal actually paid after discounts. Taxes, shipping fees, shipping taxes, tips, cancelled orders, refunded orders, chargebacks, fraudulent orders, self-referrals, and other ineligible transactions do not qualify for commission.

4. Tracking, affiliate links, and coupon codes

Each approved affiliate receives a unique affiliate link through the SOAYAN affiliate dashboard. SOAYAN may also assign an approved coupon code to an affiliate.

The tracking period is 60 days from a qualifying affiliate link click or approved coupon use. Customers must allow cookies for link-based tracking to work. If tracking cannot be verified, including where cookies are blocked or cleared, commission may not be awarded. SOAYAN's tracking records determine final attribution.

Orders placed using an affiliate's assigned coupon code may be attributed to that affiliate under SOAYAN's tracking rules.

5. Promotion requirements

Affiliates may share their assigned link or approved coupon code in video descriptions, pinned comments, social media posts, websites, newsletters, and other approved placements.

Affiliates must clearly disclose their commercial relationship with SOAYAN where required by applicable law or platform rules, such as through #ad, #affiliate, or an equivalent disclosure.

Do not make misleading, exaggerated, or unverified product claims.
Do not use spam, misleading redirects, or impersonate SOAYAN.
Do not use your own affiliate link or coupon code to earn commission on personal purchases.
Do not promote discounts that SOAYAN has not approved.
Do not bid on SOAYAN brand terms in paid search or use paid advertising that links directly to SOAYAN without prior written approval.
Do not use affiliate links on cashback, coupon aggregation, or incentivized-traffic websites without prior written approval.

6. Creator content

Creators retain ownership of their original content. SOAYAN may repost or share Creator content on its owned organic social media channels only with the Creator's prior written permission and appropriate credit.

Any use of Creator content in paid advertising, edited advertisements, product pages, email marketing, or other commercial materials requires separate written approval from the Creator.

7. Commission review and payment

Eligible commissions become payable 30 days after the related order is marked as paid, provided that the order has not been cancelled, refunded, charged back, identified as fraudulent, or otherwise found ineligible under these Terms.

Approved commissions are paid monthly via PayPal. SOAYAN aims to process payment by the 15th day of each month for eligible commissions approved during the previous calendar month.

The minimum payment threshold is USD 50. If an affiliate's approved and unpaid balance is below USD 50, the balance will roll over to the next payment cycle.

Affiliates must provide accurate and valid PayPal payment details in their affiliate account before payment can be processed. Payments are made in USD. Affiliates are responsible for any receiving, currency conversion, intermediary, tax, or other fees charged by their payment provider or financial institution.

SOAYAN may delay, withhold, reverse, or offset unpaid commissions for cancelled, refunded, charged-back, fraudulent, self-referred, or policy-violating orders. Affiliates should raise questions about commission records before payment is processed or within 14 days after a payment notice.

Manual payment records in UpPromote are updated after SOAYAN has completed the payment outside the app.

8. Additional rewards

SOAYAN may offer first-sale, monthly, quarterly, or campaign-based rewards. The applicable reward amount, eligibility requirements, measurement period, and payment conditions will be communicated in writing for each promotion. Unless a promotion states otherwise, rewards are subject to these terms and to SOAYAN's review of eligible orders.

9. Changes, suspension, and termination

SOAYAN may update these terms, commission rules, reward structures, or Program availability prospectively. We may suspend or terminate participation where we reasonably believe that these terms or applicable laws have been violated.
